Corfu town has abundance of places to eat. Mostly local food and taverns with sea food. I tried a few and they were all great in their own unique way.
But if you want to get closer to Italy despite the reminiscence of Italy Corfu has to offer and maybe looking to grab a bite and get on your way then Di Santo is the place.
Besides the outstanding blends of raw ingredients they offer to put in their sandwiches the service is impressive. At first glance it may seem busy as there is always a line but it is all well organized thanks to the calmness and positive energy Tereza brings to the experience.
Tereza, a local from Corfu also speaks Italian, has a kind smile and will make the waiting a pleasure.
The sandwiches are chunky and rustic as the expiration they bring to you.

Usually there is a big waiting line but it’s worth waiting. We had an 100% authentic Italian panini, freshly baked and prepared breads, high quality ingredients and friendly service.
