Excellent bakery. The bread produced is top notch and the flour used was awesome. The barley bread has a wonderful bite and texture the flavour is out of this world excellent, rich and dreamy. The whole wheat is also phenomenal much lighter than barley. Both have a great quantity of the fibers in the flour which gives excellent taste and texture. I wish I knew what flours were used, the smell and taste are great. Excellent work by the bakery, the wood oven just adds a terrific crunch and taste to the bread that you just can't replicate with a modern style gas/electric.
