What an amazing place. The food… The staff… The modern look and feel… The price… Everything about this place makes me want to return! Even the Raki! Nothing is too much trouble here! After 10 days of “Taverna” eating (and getting eaten by Mosquitoes due to the amount of foliage around) it was a breath of fresh air to dine here in this clean cut modern restaurant! My mom had the spaghetti as she was kleftico’d and stifado’d out. I had the special pork… wow just wow! We returned the next night for our final supper. I had lamb chops, chips and bbq sauce. ( the best homemade chips ever!!!) My mom had the fish dish. It was all amazing. New flavours and really good quality ingredients… and the lovely house wine 6 euros for half litre… They are a new business and are staying open over the winter! This is the best place here to eat in. We tried a lot of different food and drinks and everything was good. For example, grill plate for two is a huge portion of delicious grilled meat at a good price, beer is of good quality, desserts are great, and even coffee is really good. You can also eat breakfast here.

Especially important thing for me: there wasn't too much salt and spices to the food, but at the same time, everything was very tasty.

It's a family-owned business, and you feel it in every aspect. Food is cooked with love and care by an incredibly nice and skilled woman. When you eat, you really feel that food is made from fresh, good quality products. Everything is nice and clean.

When you come here, prepare to feel like a guest of this friendly family. They will make you laugh, feel welcomed, and you will want to come back again...

If you are in Crete, Fork & Knife is an absolute must! A lovely trattoria-style restaurant where you can taste authentic flavors and feel genuinely welcomed. The owners are incredibly kind, always helpful, and make you feel right at home.

The food is delicious: fresh, genuine ingredients cooked with love and true local tradition. Every dish speaks of quality and authenticity. Service is impeccable, with great attention to detail, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly.

To top it all off, they surprise you with a complimentary dessert and a little glass of grappa — such a thoughtful gesture that shows how much they care about their guests.
