I came here because of all the positive reviews, and I’m so glad I did! This is a lovely family-owned spot, and you can really feel the care they put into everything. The loukoumades were absolutely amazing, perfectly fluffy on the inside and deliciously crispy on the outside. I have a bit of a sweet tooth, but I often find desserts too sweet, not these. The syrup was just right: sweet, but balanced. Plus, we even got a few extra little loukoumades, which was such a lovely surprise! Also, try the coconut cake! It was super moist and full of rich coconut flavor, definitely worth it.

We came here twice during our 3 days in heraklion. It's a cozy old place (since 1922) , and the people who own it are so kind to us ❤️ I recommend the greek coffee (about 1.20€) and greek donuts with honey and cinnamon (classic one's) for 3.50€ I think We also got a spinach pie for 2.50€

I recommend you to definitely try both of these traditional Greek desserts! I tried the Loukoumades with chocolate and I loved it! You can have it with honey as well which is the super traditional way! If you are in Heraklion definitely pay them a visit
