The story of how I got POISONED at Aigli!!! So yesterday I ordered a tuna salad. I can say right away that for the price of 9€ I got a handful of mixed salad and some tuna, drizzled with sauce, well, it was not worth the money. After eating maybe a third or half of the portion, I felt how my lips and gums swollen and numb and it became difficult to breathe. I'm not allergic, so it was strange, and I decided not to eat anymore. When I told the waiter about it, they told me that it was their usual sauce recipe and that there were 4 other guests in the restaurant eating this salad and they were fine. Later, the waiter came back and said that the chef did not notice how another cook made a mistake with the recipe and used 4 lemons instead of 1. I felt very sick, so I didn't even have the strength to make a scene. After leaving the restaurant, I had a serious allergic reaction, which turned out to be anaphylactic shock. After taking medication in time and receiving first aid, doctors told me that the problem was not only the amount of lemon and an overdose of vitamin C, but I had a serious poisoning due to a possibly unwashed salad mix, i.e. herbicides and chemicals.
Now I am recovering my health. I'm afraid to imagine what could have happened to a person who is prone to reactions to this chemical.
Moreover, realizing that my salad was spoiled, no one offered to change or remake it, or even offered me a...

The hot dishes we ordered were very good. However, the Greek salad was small and lacked feta cheese. We had to point out to the staff that the Greek salad was missing feta cheese, and we received the cheese on a plate. The Caesar salad was not very good. The chicken was refrigerator-cold, and the dressing tasted like it was store-bought.
After a while, we wanted to order a toast for our child and were told by the staff that the kitchen could not take our order and asked us to wait a few minutes. After a while, when we tried to order the toast again, we were told that the kitchen was too busy, and the staff said, "If I send an order for a toast to the kitchen, they will kill me." The result was that we couldn't order a toast for our hungry child. Meanwhile, more guests were arriving at the restaurant. If the kitchen can't keep up with making a toast, I think you should reduce the number of tables on your outdoor seating area or increase the number of people in...
Read moreIt’s a real shame I didn’t share the same experience as half of the reviews for Aegli. Happily the worst dining experience in some years. The woman who appeared to be the manager was aggressive to us as well as continually arguing with her staff/co-workers. Food took in excess of an hour to arrive without any attempt of an apology. We were scolded by the manager by being told they were very busy when we looked up to see if a dish being carried through the door was ours.... half the tables were empty.
If they were busy, I’d more than understand but at no point were we told, apologised to or even asked if we would like some more drinks, bread or olives while we waited.
Food arrived and was edible but hardly worth the wait. When we asked for another drink, the waitress rolled her eyes at us! The same waitress then arrived to serve food at another table chewing a mouth full of food herself, which was grim.
Again, amazed at some of these reviews. Couldn’t have been more...
