Baru Allday — Restaurant in Municipality of Kos

Arrived there for breakfast at 10.15, there were few persons at the tables (like 3 tables occupated). We had a boat in 11.25, so we hoped to eat something super fast and go. The problem is that everything was super slow. The waitress brought us menu only 15 min after we had arrived and when I told her we already knew what to take, she was almost angry and said that they are busy too to expect when we make an order. We took 2 ice latte’s, crouissant and two Greek yogurts. After 35 min the waitress brought us only coffee (even though croissants were on the bar table already, she did not bring it). So, we did not have more time to expect yogurt and crouissant and I went to pay the bill. The waitress said that in 2 min they bring us all the rest, so I agreed to expect these 2 min and paid for everything. As you could imagine even after 7 min later that did not bring us the yogurt so we just left the bar having paid the price for the complete order that they did not bring. I visited Baru allday coffee shop with high expectations, especially drawn by the beautiful atmosphere and cozy decor. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing.

The drinks were not fresh both in taste and temperature which gave a bad impression right from the start. The waitress was unprofessional and not welcoming, lacking the basic attentiveness you’d expect in customer service.

I recently visited this coffee all day bar and was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
