Obelix Café — Restaurant in Municipality of Kos

We visited this place a couple of weeks ago very early in the morning for a breakfast after a long ferry trip. The location is not exactly at the city center but it was definitely worth the walk. Although there is a bus stop close by as well. This cafe is run by a family and you can feel it by the warmth and friendliness they show you. We ordered orange juice and various pastries. One of them was literally fresh out of oven. There was also a sandwich bar with a great variety of ingredient options as well as coffee and sweets, although we didn’t try those. Very tasty pies, very good coffee and very friendly staff. We had our breakfast from here multiple times during our stay in kos and we tried many things and they were all tasty! Especially the bougatsa!! Very close to the ktel(bus) station so a very good option to grab something before getting the bus...

Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Ort! Im Obelix Cafe auf Kos haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Bedienung war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Der Service ist top: schnell, herzlich und professionell.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Eiskaffee – einfach köstlich! Perfekt abgestimmt, erfrischend und liebevoll serviert. Ein echtes Highlight, das man sich bei einem Besuch nicht entgehen lassen sollte.
