The young lady who prepared our coffees was extremely unpleasant and rude to us once I asked if it was possible to have the cappuccino in a coffee cup rather than a paper cup since we planned to sit at a table rather than take-out. There were coffee cups on the shelves behind her and a huge poster as well. We had stopped to enjoy a coffee but it turned out to be a stressful experience. I didn't dare to say that it is more pleasant and satisfying to drink from a coffee cup and it's known that paper cups are not sustainable due to the plastic lining which make them difficult to recycle and they decompose into methane, a potent greenhouse gas. Read moreI ran from the port to this bakery because it was well rated. When I entered I was greeted by a not very friendly lady. It’s ok. I am not here for the service. But then she charged me for 6 items although I only bought 4 items. So I took the bill back to her and she checked it again. Then she gave me back 2.30 Euros and apologised. Scratching my head about how she got 2.30 when none of the 2 items added to 2.30 euros, I went back to ask again. She got really upset with me and did not want to deal with me anymore.
