Being a regular and a big fan of pacha group venues across europe, i was very disappointed with the service/pricing at Lio Mykonos, felt nothing less than someone trying to scam you: waiters giving us food dishes we didnt order, when we inquire they say its ‘from us’ and then they add them to the bill, two breadbaskets, literally, charged at 150 euro. In general food was ridiculously priced more than any Michelin star restaurant, probably 3x prices in Zuma and other places in town that give u proper fine dining. They were super pushy and made us uncomfortable and insisted to order pricy items like kobe beef, which with all honesty i wouldn’t feed to my dog (if i had one) from how bad it was. The shrimps (which none of 10 of us could even chew) were super bad, they apologized and said they will give us something else from the house as an apology, and guess what they added both the shrimps and the ‘apology’ dishes to the bill (around 600 eur) They asked us if we d like desert, we said we can see the menu. They didnt bring the menu but brought two plates of icecream and one fruit basket, no one even noticed as we were watching the show. The same moment they moved our table in a rush to the club area so we didnt even touch the desert, and that was 500 eur on the bill (i know insane, so around 50 eur per banana) The drinks, dont get me started the waitress kept pouring drinks from our table for random people, was filling the glasses to a toxic alcohol level that no one could drink, and every 15 mins comes and takes our glasses while full with the excuse of cleaning and never brings them back. Not only that they charged us on the bill for ‘cocktails’ for the drinks they were making from our own bottles.
Ive never seen such behavior in ages and thought u dont get that in fancy places anymore where ur anyways paying a hefty amount and u expect nothing less than friendly and appropriate service.
Im not sure if the place is always like this or we just had the ‘wrong’ waiters, but i doubt they act without the ok of management
They probably only rely on single time clients, since for sure we will never step foot there again. Its a pitty because the place looks amazing and the show and music...

Read moreNot recommended. Being many times and fan of Lio Ibiza, had a lot of expectations and excitement going there. Definitely not comparable to Ibiza venue. And not planning to come Back here in Mykonos.
Venus is extremely beautiful, making it the best part of it.
Food menu and quality of food - very average, definitely not worth the price. And considering minimum spend 250 euro per person, we had really trouble to spend it (unless you buy only alcohol). Considering prices, food was not good - eg beef tataki Starter for 90 euro was impossible to eat as you could feel only vinegar.
Service - people being nice, yet clearly lacking experience, not comparable eg to nammos or principote. Eg We had to all the time call waiters to put us water or order drinks. When we ordered the same drink with my friend, we got this is in two different glasses and different quantities (one half vs other). Final bill includes double price for one of starters and comment was ‘we count it per person’ although we never been informed about it.
Show - great skills of performers, yet overall show lacking ‘concept’ as in Ibiza - which is a pity. Trying to adjust it to Mykonos vibe making this not exciting, with quiet times at some point and not knowing what’s next. Not exciting. On top comments of MC were super inappropriate - eg commenting he doesn’t like poor people, because they smell weird (and that was already after couple of sexist comments)
Overall super disappointing - lot to improve, lot to learn, give quality what you pay for and def think what is the concept. Because now...
