Our experience was a lot less than we would have expected from the reviews here. Some things from the menu just weren't available. Food, but also drinks. No small waters (although on the menu), only large bottles. We expected a lot more from a salmon salad for the price of €15. The vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper and red onions) were fresh, but then canned very dry salmon??? That is a no go... Same goes for the tuna salad. Almost the same but without the peppers... dry tuna from a can... both salads were covered with olive oil and vinegar. No bread. Also, when our two salads were served (and we had to wait for a while for those too!), my husband had to wait another 15 minutes before the octopus was served. So we had to wait and eat very slowly to be able to eat together. The grilled octopus was 'OK' and looked a lot like one of the pictures. Still I wonder if that was worth €19. - If I hadn't seen that picture I would have thought the pictures were not from the meals that are served here. Maybe we didn't choose the right meals? So we came from France with a friend and we share the advice that this restaurant is certainly the best one where we ate in our lives! 1st of all, quality and quantity! The food was delicious and the proportions were really big! I recommand your their Spicy cream feta cheese, amazing! Everything was very tasty, and the cooking of the plates and the meat were perfect Also the desserts were delicious and big proportions too, we ate so well before that we couldn’t finish the dessert because we were full so we took it away, the mastery chef is a master ! This restaurant was our favourite on our recent trip to Arillas - beautiful lush green setting (great for bat spotting in the evening), friendly and attentive service and delicious food, particularly the sardines and fresh vegetables all grown locally.
