Corks & Forks — Restaurant in Municipality of Piraeus

We had a friends diner here, the location is perfect and the place as a great ambiance and decoration even if some details can be a bit enoying: we found that the entrance door is particularly heavy and that the chairs don't slip on the floor (they need to be lifted to moove them) . We ordered a mix-plate of cheese and meat for 2(16€) , we were advise from the waiter (a woman wearing mask and glothes) that this is not a good choice because it's really small, it has only two pieces of cheese and meat and that we will starve... Anyway, we got the plate in question and it was great and enough for us. We had the feeling that we didn't spend enough money to the eye...

This is the place not to miss while coming to Athens and especially in Piraeus area. The food is fantastic the people are very kind and the wine selection is very extensive you can find wine for any palate. In regards to the menu they have specific one which is good so you do not get lost when it comes to choosing what you want to eat. You can eat meat, fish as well as chicken they add occasionally new dishes depending on the season this goes also for the sweets. My favorite one is the salmon with goat cheese that I highly recommend as well as the Mexican sald very tasty. In all cases whatever you take...

Greece does food and service like nowhere else, but this place takes it to the best level. Great staff, great selection of wines and very solid food options that are prepared to perfection. The ingredients used are top shelf and every dish gave me a Ratatouille moment. The additional sauces and cheeses were orgasmic (especially the apple marmalade) and then they finished us off with the creamiest, velvety, nutty bannoffie pie I have ever had. A must try if you're into wine and modern...
