Daisy — Restaurant in Municipality of Rethymnon

We have been coming to Rethymno for 3 years and visited Baywich regularly. Baywich had a wide choice of sandwiches and hospitable welcome. Since this year Baywich has been sold and not improved. The name has been changed to Daisy, the prices have been raised, the menu reduced, there is no more service at the terrace anymore and they do not give free water with the food anymore. Also, the burger seems to have been given a new sauce that makes it taste like the macdonalds one. The fries on the other hand are better than in previous years. This makes it that in 3 weeks, we have only visited this location 2 times while in previous years it has been at least 7 times out of 3 weeks of vacation.

The toasties, burgers and smoothies we had were all great. However a mark is lost for some confusion on an order and us having to pay extra. The 'healthy grilled cheese' made no mention on the menu of containing meat, however subsequently arrived with meat. When my partner asked for it again without the meat, they did not state until they brought the second sandwich out that we'd be charged again. It would have been appreciated if they'd said that before we asked for another one that we'd be double charged.
