We ordered on this restaurant through Wolt and they messed up part of the order. We thought to call them and ask for a solution and they offered to bring the missing things... until they realised that we were "too far" (same place where they had delivered few min before) and they just refused to sort it out. I had to contact Wolt and they eventually came with the missing items, but I ended up eating my food super late and completely cold after so much back and forth. I find that making a mistake is not a problem, but not taking accountability and fixing it for the customer is what makes the difference. The food eventually was just average at best, so that, along with the appalling customer service received, regrettably makes us not want to ever come back or recommend the place...
