Μαγειρείο 50-50 — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

We ordered on this restaurant through Wolt and they messed up part of the order. We thought to call them and ask for a solution and they offered to bring the missing things... until they realised that we were "too far" (same place where they had delivered few min before) and they just refused to sort it out. I had to contact Wolt and they eventually came with the missing items, but I ended up eating my food super late and completely cold after so much back and forth. I find that making a mistake is not a problem, but not taking accountability and fixing it for the customer is what makes the difference. The food eventually was just average at best, so that, along with the appalling customer service received, regrettably makes us not want to ever come back or recommend the place...

Απλά μην παραγγείλετε πότε διαδικτυακά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Την πρώτη φορά δεν ήρθε το φαγητό πότε, χωρίς βέβαια καμία ειδοποίηση και την δεύτερη δεν είδαν πότε την παραγγελία μου και ακυρώθηκε. 2 φορές νηστικός επειδή δεν είναι επαγγελματίες. Αν έχετε τόση δουλειά, απλά βγείτε από το διαδίκτυο. :That's not how it works and professionals reply starting with sorry to their customers. Now let me tell you how it works. Somebody places and order in Wolt or efood for example then the company withdraws the money from the bank and sends you the order to confirm it. Your problem is that the confirmation never happened, and that's 2 times in a row. Thank you...
