My boyfriend and I were walking along the strip trying to find a reasonably priced place for some drinks… lots of restaurant workers approached us on the way, practically begging for us to come in there restaurant (which was off putting) however when we got to Da Romeo we were greeted with Thomas. We asked to see the menu. Meanwhile he was chatting to us about our trip - didn’t mention once “ come in come in”. I said to him you don’t do a pina colada!…Straight away he said if that’s the drink you’d like I’d be more than happy to make it for you. He was so kind and didn’t put pressure on us once to come in at all. The restaurant was the most beautiful out of all of them on the strip, the cocktails were around 6 euros, so instantly we were sold and went in for drinks. Best pina colada I’ve had! We came back 3 times in one week for several drinks. They were all amazing! I even asked for another drink they didn’t do on the menu, they said we’ll do our best and it was the best cocktail I’ve ever had - and I’ve tried many! Super friendly staff all round, every waiter was lovely and the service was fantastic. Thank you Da Romeo for making our trip even better, especially to you Thomas.. thank you for being so kind! We hope to see you...
Read moreSuper nice people. So many restaurants here have someone at the door almost trying to drag you in.. here the guy was very chill and polite, because of that we went inside. He was super cheerful and then told us he actually stayed in the Netherlands for about 2 years (where I am from!). So it was a fun conversation. Once he showed us our table a different host came up to us to take our order and he was super fun and sweet aswell. They knew some Dutch words, and their menu even had a Dutch translation ( as well as different languages, Swedish, Otalian for example). Once we ordered our food it arrived very quickly. We had Stifado and Mousaka and it was very good. Their house wine was nice aswell. And not expensive, around €20 for a good meal.
We ended up going 3 days in a row, and both the welcome guy as a well as the host were happy to see us and laughed “here again!?”
Definitely recommend them. 💕👌 food tastes so good I forgot to take pictures of the main menu, just the...
Read moreAs the title suggests, Greek, Italian and Mexican all in one place. I will admit I quaffed at the idea but have given it a try. Sooooo glad I did. From the word go we were welcomed into the restaurant with a choice of table despite it being quite busy. Prices across the menu card are average for the area. I had stuffed mushrooms too start and my wife had the hummus. Both dishes came out quickly and were explosions of taste. Presentation was also superb. Second course, I thought I would try their Mexican - chicken chimichanga. I was offered how spicy I wanted it, which is a nice touch. My wife went for authentic Greek moussaka. When both arrived, I was astounded. My Mexican was by far the best I'd had outside of Mexico! The moussaka was also simply described as incredible. Sadly we could not manage a dessert but still got a coffee based mini drink before the bill for free. Two people, alcohol, two courses. All under 50€....
