The perfectly organized staff is composed almost entirely of young ladies, who, with their beauty clearly rooted in Venusian origins, take care of the front line and the customers. Professional, courteous, and always smiling, they perform their work in such an elegantly understated manner that it might go unnoticed by less attentive eyes, except for the fact that the service is impeccable.

The team is completed by the Bartender. A very young guy that can easily compete with the most famous worldwide bartenders.
From Bloody Marys to Dry Martinis, from Moscow Mules to Mojitos, and all the most renowned drinks, he crafts cocktails—including his own signature creations—with an impressively cyber rhythm, yet always finds time to exchange a few courteous words with those who directly address him. 

Well supported by another young bartender lady, also of clear Venusian descent, this group is a perfect team that seamlessly integrates with the vision of those who conceived a venue so pristine that it leaves space for the staff and customers to interact freely, without overwhelming the scene with unnecessarily ostentatious displays allowing the spotlight to shine on the service and cocktails.

We decided to take some drinks at "Island Breeze", about half of the tables were taken. 15mins passed, when the staff noticed us. As we were thirsty, we first ordered some non alcoholic drinks. 15mins later we had them. At that point, I dont really get, how much time it takes to open a bottle of coke. Then we decided to order some alcoholic drinks, but that might have overwhelmed the workers at the bar. Although we orderd the same Longdrinks, after 45mins the Barkeeper hadn't even startet mixing them. Watching the Barkeeper and other staff work it was more like in the nature observing sloths. As we told the staff, that we leave, because of the slow service, she didnt even care or apologize. This place is more like a hipster bar without concept. Drinks might be ok, idk - but for sure, only if you are the only guest. Otherwise bar staff is highly stressed out or completely disintrested...

Exceptionally friendly staff with customer service paramount in the evenings. Lunchtime not so customer focused as staff more interested in chatting with each other this Friday lunchtime 24th. Overcharged for beers not rectified in the evening when we raised this, just laughed off butcwe did wonder if the staff member didnt understand English so well.Great food, huge portions and extensive cocktail menu.
