We came here 3 nights in a row. The food choices are extensive and the tasty. On the first 2 nights we had pad Thai chicken and pad Thai beef (chicken is better) as well as chicken chow mein and chow mein with prawns, beef and chicken. The service was fast on these 2 nights. The third night, we went for sushi and that's how it went down hill.... After a short wait, we sat inside and waited a good 5 minutes before the waitress even realised she forgot to bring us menus. There seems to be only one person who takes orders, maybe because she is the only fluent English speaker. Once we ordered, we waited and waited as literally every one got their food before us including 5 tables that arrived after us. We asked at least twice for an update and the straw that broke the camels back was when one of the said tables got served sushi... The only person who was apologetic was the waitress who took our order, she was polite and genuine. The owner/ manager (no idea really who he is), was rude and provided several excuses without an ounce of apology in sight. He left a bad taste tbh, his reaction to the circumstances means we won't be back there again. But the sushi. Once it arrived, was really nice, no fault whatsoever. But for us, it's not just about the food, it's the entire experience. If you come to this restaurant, be prepared to: you'll need to ask for drinks or more food, or dessert if you want it, as no one comes over to check on you, wait for ages if you ask for sushi if it's busy, have zero expectations that the manager cares at all about your experience. His job is solely to get you through the door. From a gluten free experience, there are choices available but again, if you're English speaking, ask the waitress. The manager doesn't even know that there is such a thing as...

Really surprised that we had such a bad experience wheb reviews and image looked spot on so as said we had checked reviews before going all seemed OK. Got Seated and waited about 5mins to be told menus we had to scan on our phone no offer of a normal menu? What if we had no phones with us? Did that and placed order. Staff member Repeated the order 3 times with prawn crackers on which we never asked for. Brought drinks over missing 1. Waited 5 minutes asked where other drink was, replied what drink? The drink we ordered.... Sorted this issue and brought the drink over we had ordered.

Starters arrived prawn toast and satay sticks. Prawn toast tasted exactly like packet pre made was 100% not proper made prawn toast as there was no thickness to the filling was just flavourless mush and the deepfried but made worse when my partner found a full size prawn shell in it. When collected plates asked if all ok explained shell found in prawn toast so partner didn't eat any of them, Totally blanked no sorry no offer of replacement nothing.

OK onto mains. Mains delivered never asked if wanted another drink even though glasses empty. Sweet and sour chicken was warm and was ok. Chicken chow mein was warm again and but quite tasty had a unique taste. Fries randomly were red hot. Never asked if food was OK after been served.

Emptied table and paid and we left. Sadly never again shame as looks amazing inside and out and has a clear screen so can see them cooking etc. Maybe we just had a off day. But showing no intrest when something gone wrong etc is basics. Dobt have issue when a problem occurs it's how it delt with and this wasn't dealt...

Went for dinner with a family of 7. Began ok with drinks brought over relatively quickly, waiter was nice. We then had our food, 3 mains arrived much earlier than the rest. We had to ask for the remainder of the mains so we could eat together. The pad Thai was basically chowmain. The chowmain was cold so had to return this for new portion, the lady asked if we wanted this heated up, but we wanted a new portion. Once we had done this the customer service went down hill, was ignored by staff. Requested additional sweet & sour sauce this never arrived. Had to ask several times for bottled water which we ordered to be brought over. Food was bland and was bang average at best, for the expensive price that we paid. Not sure where the 5/5 star ratings are...
