Lindos Yacht Club - Kirtos — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible restaurant located on the beautiful fine sand beach in Lindos, Greece. The seating arrangement was truly remarkable, as we were seated just a few meters away from the calm waters, practically on the water's edge. The view of the ancient citadel perched on the clifftop was breathtaking and added to the overall ambience of the restaurant.

The food was exceptional, with two dishes that really stood out - the tuna tartare and the lamb kleftiko. The tuna tartare was perfectly seasoned and had a delicious tangy flavor that really hit the spot. The lamb kleftiko was so tender and juicy, it practically melted in my mouth.

In addition to the amazing food, the service was outstanding. Our waiter, Gorgios, was attentive and checked on us in perfect clockwork making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. He is an asset to Lindo's Yacht Club. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Eris, who was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. At the end of our outstanding meal, we even had the opportunity to meet the chef who prepared our amazing meal.

It was clear that the entire gang were passionate about their work and were dedicated to creating an unforgettable dining experience for their guests.

Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly special dining experience on Lindos. The food, the view, the service, and the personal touch from the staff and chef were top-notch and I can't wait to go back again!

The idyllic setting of this Lindos establishment initially enchanted us. However, our day-long experience unveiled a stark contrast between the picturesque scenery and the disappointing reality.

Sunbed rentals set us back €15 each, which seemed steep when we later learned others paid only €10. A mumbled response to our enquiry left a lingering bad taste.

Despite this, we stayed for dinner. While accommodating my request for a solo seafood platter (normally €48.50 for two), the €35 price tag felt excessive for a portion lacking in freshness. My wife's experience was equally lackluster. Her first choice, Kleftiko, was unavailable, and the recommended Stifado proved unsatisfying.

The establishment's saving grace was undoubtedly its stunning atmosphere, which almost distracted us from the underwhelming food.

Would we return? Regrettably not. While the ambiance captivated us, the subpar cuisine and questionable pricing left us feeling disillusioned. For a truly memorable dining experience in Lindos, we recommend exploring...

Lovely restaurant and friendly staff with tables and beds right on the beach.

Delicious menu with a lovely mix of traditional and modern cuisine.

Breakfast is exceptional ( starts at 8:30) lovely fresh juices, smoothies. recommend the Kirtos omelette.

Lunch is also delicious! Loads of fresh fish and salads and well as amazing cocktails.

Recommend the grilled octopus and bulgar salad with frozen peach Daiquiri.

Loads of veggi and vegan options too which I’ve not really seen much of elsewhere.
