My recent visit to Ginger Bar in Lindos, Rhodes, was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in the picturesque village of Lindos, this charming bar offers a rooftop experience with a breathtaking sea view that is truly second to none.

Mornings at Ginger Bar are a delight. They serve an array of fresh smoothies and energy bowls that are both healthy and delicious. My personal favorite was the tropical smoothie, bursting with fresh flavors that provided the perfect start to my day. The wraps are equally impressive, packed with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor.

As the day progresses, Ginger Bar transforms into an afternoon oasis. Their cocktail menu is extensive and creative, with each drink crafted to perfection(my favorite White Sangria). The pizzas are a must-try; they are crispy, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. For a true taste of Greece, the Greek meze is an absolute treat, offering a variety of traditional bites that are simply mouthwatering.

I happened upon this hidden gem when I discovered that it was one of the few places in Lindos that used a water filter/system to ensure the quality of their food and coffee. One sip from my little to-go cup and I was sold! This is without a doubt the best coffee in Lindos! I came back to this cafe every single day for two weeks straight. There was not a single thing on the menu that wasn't fresh and delicious! The conversations I enjoyed with the staff were so warm and welcoming that they made me feel like I was family! Sitting on their roof top garden was one of the few moments of peace I have gotten in years. The views were amazing and their fan and umbrella create the perfect temperature! Lovely location on a terrace overlooking the beach, it was easy to find a seat around 1pm on a Sunday even though it's very small. The food was good, but overpriced - probably not an unusual experience in Lindos. We ordered yogurt bowls and for the 9-10€ they cost we'd have expected a larger portion of both yogurt and toppings. Also, the menu says the Special Bowl is meant to come with honey, fruit, nuts and granola, but there were no nuts at all, not even in the granola. The staff member who served us was super helpful with letting us choose what fruit we wanted even though they'd ran out of a lot of their selection - thank you!
