Dolphins Restaurant Lindos — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

Went to that place yesterday just to order some food to takeaway. When I paid the girl in the bar said 10-15 minutes so I think that’s ok and order and paid for the food and start waiting, and waiting and waiting… suddenly a guy arrives from the kitchen with some boxes from the kitchen and the girl just put those boxes in the bar and after some minutes she said “maybe 5 minutes more” and after 10 minutes another woman who also works there asks me “what are you waiting for ?” And I say what food i ordered and she says ok here it is and guess what ? It what those boxes that the other girl just put away in the bar

So I ask “for how long did the food stand there “ and she said “sorry didn’t see u”

The family waited and was hungry so I took the food anyway and walked away but no excuse or money back or anything.

The meet was not hot, the tzatziki was not cold and the fries was soft so sorry can’t recommend this place because the staff doesn’t care about their costumers because they rather stand and talk to each other than take care of...

I have tried to call 100 times and also will add your email is invalid on your website, as I sent a massive email. I don’t even want any refunded money! I just put a review, I have more than enough evidence. Adding on, As it will not allow me to make another review and no calls will be answered, I will add more pictures of us at the restaurant. You can clearly see it’s the same plates as all other pictures on your reviews. I have tried to call to discuss this or find an email but this is the only way. This is not a fake review, you have simply lied. Me and my boyfriend came here for lunch this week and he got severely ill from the chicken, it was clearly pink inside and when we asked the women she said to just put that piece to one side, once we said we shouldn’t eat it, not once did anyone apologise or take any money off and now my boyfriend has salmonella from this restaurant. Extremely disappointed. Its a restaurant on a beach, so i expected the prices, which wouldnt have been a problem, if the portions were minimally generous. If you scroll down, you will see a woman who posted a picture of the grilled octopus, which is what we had. 18 euros for three tiny tentacles of octopus. The bacon burger didnt even come with bacon, it came with ham, which was easily seen and comparable as we also ordered the hawaiian pizza, which has ham. And the quality was not even that good where it could make up for the small portion. If it werent for the spot its located in, i dont know how this restaurant would survive. I see people saying service was great, might have been unlucky, but my waitress was the most apathetic ive seen one be, always seemed on a rush.
