As expected this place has a high rating because vegetarians and especially vegans are in the habit of showering praises on venues that provide vegan food that is fast and affordable.

However, the food has nothing to do with Lebanese flavours.

The hummus is not light nor creamy and is literally impossible to eat on its own because its texture is too heavy.

Real Lebanese hummus cannot be vegan because in addition to fresh lemon juice it must have some curd made from goat milk mixed into it to achieve the signature velvet like consistency.

Their falafel needs more cumin and a little fresh chilli in the mix to cover the inevitable unpleasant after taste of sesame paste.

The fattouch salad I did not try so I can't comment on its taste but seeing it on the display it seems to be missing the most important ingredient - pomegranate molasses.

The sis tavuk is a confused mix of hummus and garlic sauce which doesn't mix well with hummus (it would be fine on its own). It is missing gherkin and It needs a spicy sauce to make it more interesting.

On the bright side the french fries are tasty and the environment is clean.

Finally, the total lack of olive oil is sad especially seeing we are in Greece.

I know unadulterated extra virgin olive oil is expensive and difficult to find in Greece (the better quality olive oil is often exported) but common sense tells me it should be possible to find a supplier and offer olive oil for an extra charge to those...

This falafel place in central Thessaloniki is a wonderful find. The location is super convenient, and although it’s more of a fast-food style bar with a few tables, the atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Εν συντομία έχει 5,5€ μισό ματσάκι μαϊντανό που στο λένε σαλάτα. Αναλυτικότερα όμως γιατί θεωρώ ότι πέρα από τις αυξήσεις των τιμών και ο,τι γενικά γίνεται στην οικονομία πρεπει να υπάρχει και μια ηθική θα εξηγήσω γιατί αυτό που προσφέρουν σε σαλάτα που ονομάζουν ταμπουλε είναι κάτι λάθος. Πέραν της ποσότητας που ήταν ελάχιστη, το παραβλέπω, όταν μια σαλάτα από ξένη κουζίνα έχει μια τυπική συνταγή (και ας δέχεται παραλλαγές) πρεπει και να τηρείται αλλιώς πείτε την με άλλο όνομα. Το πλιγούρι ανύπαρκτο (ζήτημα και στοίχημα να είχε μισό κουταλάκι του γλυκού), το φρέσκο κρεμμυδάκι μόνο φρέσκο δεν φαινόταν, για την κοπή δεν θα μιλήσω, παχύ, μεγάλα κομμάτια χωρίς λόγο. Είχε μέσα τομάτα κομμένη ζαρακι, στην μερίδα μου υπήρχαν τέσσερα ζαρακια, δηλαδή να πούμε ούτε 1/5 τομάτα;; Λάδι δεν αναφέρω, ούτε καν... και αν υπήρχε ούτε μύριζε ούτε είχε χρώμα ελαιολαδου. Μεσα υπήρχε επίσης κάτι αδιευκρίνιστο, ξηρός καρπός χτυπημένος στο μουλτι; Μπορεί και να ήταν κομμάτια από το πλιγούρι όχι καλά βρασμένα...τι να πω. Στην αρχή δεν ήθελα καν να ασχοληθώ η σχέση όμως ποιότητας τιμής με έκανε να σκεφτώ πως θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει ένας ελεγκτικός μηχανισμός για αυτό που συντελείται. 5,5€..... Μακάρι να το έβγαζα φωτογραφία πριν το πετάξω να καταλάβετε και οπτικά τι ήταν. Ποτέ ξανά και για...
