A very friendly gentleman met us at the front counter... Kristos I believe?! (Actually Giannis, the boss man, having met Kristos the next day)

Giannis had a proper "can do" vibe. A beaming smile and it was all genuine. Banana split wasn't on the menu but Giannis just decided to make me one after I had wondered whether they were... One excellent Nutella bubble waffle, a delicious banana split with tiramisu and hazelnut ice creams with cream... Plus a pair of big strawberry milkshakes were all consumed.

We were given a couple of complimentary glasses of water too for good measure.

They do cocktails here, have sunbeds and all sorts.

Absolutely brilliant desserts, and ever so helpful, with genuinely friendly service and conversation.

UPDATE

We returned the next day and we're met by Giannis, and this time Kristos too!

Now able to distinguish the two men we've discovered they are both friendly and helpful.

Kristos guided us to sun loungers under some straw parasols. Occasional cats wandering by in the sun.

Diners are granted free beds and the option to swim in the sea.

We ordered via an app which worked flawlessly.

My Caesar salad was immaculate. Tons of content, really good croutons, bacon and grilled chicken you could taste the charcoal flavours in, with a perfect garnish.

The salad was a 10/10!

Cocktails were ace and not shy on alcohol content either. Solid measures and well mixed with good flavour!

My partner had pancakes which again, delivered above and beyond her expectations.

A lovely owner willing to greet us with a smile, and helpfully guided to a good spot by his wingman Kristos, wonderful polite waitresses and a brilliant kitchen staff.

I highly recommend you stop at Corner Food and Drink, be it for a day at the beach relaxing, or for filling a spontaneous late night dessert craving.

The staff is incredibly kind and friendly – from the owner to the lovely waitresses, led by Christos! Christos is such a warm-hearted, helpful, and genuine person. During our stay, he helped us many times, and we will never forget his kindness. We’re truly grateful to him!

The restaurant serves fantastic food. We tried several Greek specialties, and every single dish was fresh and absolutely delicious. Special thanks to the chef and the whole team for the wonderful meals! We can only recommend this place to everyone – if you’re in the area, make sure to stop by for a delicious Greek breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even just a cocktail. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

🌊 Beautiful and well-organized beach with a very relaxing atmosphere. The price for two sunbeds with an umbrella was €20, which felt reasonable considering the location and the excellent service. What really stood out was the food at Corner – we ordered a club sandwich and a pork gyros plate, and both were absolutely delicious, fresh, and generously portioned. 🍴 The staff was friendly and attentive, always checking if we needed anything.

To finish off, we couldn’t resist trying a sweet crepe for dessert and it was the perfect ending to a great meal! Everything came together for a fantastic day by the sea.
