We were so excited to try the Indian food at Mamos Indian & Thai restaurant at Fira, but our experience was a complete disaster. I ordered the chicken tikka masala, and vegetable Pulav when it arrived, the pulav was clearly spoiled. it smelled absolutely terrible. I took one bite and immediately spit it out.
I called the waiter over and told him that the food was spoiled. They dint care it he mentioned other people are eating if you like eat ot or leave very rude.
I was so disgusted that I couldn't even finish my meal. I asked for the check and left the restaurant. I will never go back to this place again.
The food was not only spoiled, but it was also served in a dirty restaurant. The tables were sticky, and the floor was littered with food scraps. The service was also terrible. The waiter was rude and dismissive, and he didn't seem to care that I was served spoiled food.
I would not recommend rhis place to anyone. The food is spoiled, the restaurant is dirty, and the service is terrible. If you're looking for good Indian food, I would recommend going somewhere else..

My wife is pregnant, so when I saw the AC remote, I turned on the AC and closed the sliding glass doors so my wife could be comfortable. There was NO ONE upstairs except us. The first waiter comes up and starts yelling that our stroller was on the floor and also yelled at my son to take his feet off the bench. First off this place is gross anyway so to yell over this was a joke. Stroller gets moved, no need to be a jerk. The second waiter was this little Indian guy. He comes and turns the AC off and slides open the glass door. When we asked to turn the AC back on, he said no because his manager said no. We got up and left. Place is a joke, hope you guys go out of business and a real service business comes and replaces it. What a joke. If the first guy was the owner, you should be ashamed. If he was a manager, he should be fired....

The Chicken Tikka lacked flavor and didn’t resemble proper tikka it was barely spiced. The Tom Yum Kai was overly sour, and the chicken didn’t taste fresh at all.
The only dish that had some real flavor was the Bombay Aloo. We had hoped to order it as a side dish, but unfortunately, it was only available as a main course. On top of that, rice wasn’t included and had to be ordered separately.
Considering the quality of the food, the prices were far too high. The value for money was disappointing, and the overall experience didn’t justify the cost.
Lastly, the service didn’t help either. The server came across more like a tough businessman than a welcoming host distant and with no real connection to his guests.
All in all, not a place...
