This is exactly what I envision when I think of a traditional Greek taverna! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed as if we were stepping into a family home. The atmosphere was everything I love about Greece—three generations gathered around tables, sharing stories and laughter, with the warmth and hospitality that makes you feel like you’re part of something special.

Aris (Aristotle) and Yanis went above and beyond in making our experience unforgettable. They greeted us with genuine warmth, introduced us to their family, and even shared olives from their garden when they found out we were from Syria. Their hospitality was unmatched—we ended the meal with drinks, cheers, and a sense of connection that you don’t find just anywhere.

We had booked a table for seven, but when an extra guest joined us last minute, they accommodated us with no fuss, even though the place was packed. Everything was handled with ease and a smile.

Loved this restaurant. It had a nice atmosphere the people running it are friendly and very attentive. Lots of choice on the menu.. we visited twice. Didn't book the first night and had to wait about 30 mins for a table but booked for the second night. The tzatziki is excellent, full of garlic and delicious with some pitta. The olive portion is very generous. I had the beef stifado, and it's the most tasty version of this I've ever had. Rich sauce and tender beef. It's absolutely delicious... so good that I actually had to have it again the second evening, and it didn't disappoint and was equally as good. Loved it. The baked feta was lovely. My husband had the pork souvalaki, which was also very nice. Good homemade chips. The next night, he had the Dorada fish, which again he enjoyed. Good house rose and a nice touch at the end of the meal to be offered ouzo or limoncello. Two very enjoyable meals in what is a very popular restaurant which I totally understand why.
