Maria & Kyros House — Hotel in Parga Municipality

My father in law, Rod (aka Thomas), stayed at these apartments and was made very welcome by Maria. Located mid way up Agiou Athanasiou road it is set in a fairly quiet location to the south of Parga but within an easy 5 minute stroll to the port and the towns beating heart. The district is known as Krioneri and has the usual Greek 'super markets', taverna's, and some of Parga's best restaurants including Perivoli, 5 Senses, Yannis and Krioneri on the doorstep. As soon as you see these apartments from the road the pristine exterior leaves you under no illusion that the interior is going to be of the same standard. We dropped Rod off on the night we arrived and visited him the next morning. His room was, as requested, on the ground floor and was ensuite with a double bed, TV, a fridge and patio doors leading out onto a private sun terrace. He also had use of a shared, fully equipped, kitchen. While we were talking to Rod, Maria introduced herself and with typical Greek hospitality proceeded to feed us with her homemade courgette pie which was delicious, treats like this were regularly left in the apartment.||The apartments have a ramp for wheelchair access. There were regular linen and towel changes and the apartment was cleaned daily.||If you are after a very reasonably priced, clean self catering apartment within easy reach of the beach, port and town you could do a lot worse than staying here. Would I recommend it to my family and friends...........

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Maria & Kyros House in Parga! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the place. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The best part was its proximity to the beach - just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful sea.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the delightful and polite house owner. Maria and Vasil went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home.

I cannot recommend this apartment enough for anyone looking to have a memorable and relaxing time in Parga. Whether you're on a solo adventure or with family, this place checks all the boxes for a perfect vacation. I am already looking forward to returning...

I’ve walked past this house many times thinking how pretty it looked so was happy to have the chance to book a few nights last week. |I had double room 6 ground floor. It was lovely - absolutely spotless cleaned daily even on Sunday sheets and towels changed every 2 days. Private terrace was big and cool shady, gardens gorgeous. Maria (giagia) such a lovely lady she obviously adored my 2 year old granddaughter and kept on bringing treats for her!|Location perfect for me out of the Parga bustle but an easy stroll into town. Bathroom was newly done I’ve never come across such a powerful shower before; wow!|I guess on the minus side the room might be small if there are two of you and there is noise from the other rooms it’s an old house so no noise prodding but these are minor niggles to me. I must definitely would come back. Thank you Maria...
