The Getaway — Restaurant in Zakynthos Municipality

"The Getaway" A really good bar/diner in tsilivi, Nikos the owner is a fantastic & friendly host serving quality drinks & cocktails and amazing breakfasts among other delicious food.

Here their is a lovely atmosphere with brilliant background music playing which kept us glued to our seats & nikos being a great host with a good sense of humour makes for the very best evenings we spent there, so much so we called in every evening & most days for breakfasts cooked by Chris.

We we to Tsilivi for a week and stayed around the corner from the getaway. When we walked passed we were welcomed by Niko and from then on every night we finished our night there with him. He is fantastic and made our holiday, I recommend it to anyone to go! Also he makes the best Havana cocktails as-well!! 10 out of 10! What a wonderful find! Best bar in the area by far. It's a welcome change from the usual tacky bars. Nikos is welcoming and fun and plays some great music. My husband finally found a beer he could enjoy. The bar is immaculate and they really do have the best toilets in the whole resort!
