El Tacquila — Restaurant in Sacatepéquez

Went to this little place with my wife, mind you she is very picky. The girls who work there are friendly and funny. They suggested the fiesta bowl and it was a good choice. My wife drank Corona sunrise and she was tipsy after her first drink. She was having fun dancing after her second Corona sunrise to the music of her choice because they have Alexa. I was enjoying the music while drinking a popular beer in Guatemala called Gallo. Highly recommend this...

The quality of the food was exceptional!!! We had the fish burger and fish plate we were also given free tacos as the chef made an oversight😚, and the seasoning and preparation on everything was perfect. The owner and staff exhibited remarkable friendliness and warmth, and we felt really at home. Regrettably, we discovered this place rather late. Otherwise, we would have ate here every day and night 🫠....

Happy that we found this place during our stay in Antigua! It is a small but cozy place, and the ladies working there are really the friendliest and always in for a chat :) The food and drinks were absolutely delicious for a good price.
