Recently visited Las Tres Amigas, nestled beside the charming Selina Hotel in Antigua, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. This gem of a spot boasts an innovative automatic beer bar, featuring an extensive selection of artisan beers that are truly the best in quality. Each beer offers a unique taste, catering to all preferences.
The ambiance of Las Tres Amigas adds to its allure. The decor is thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment. It’s a perfect blend of style and comfort, making it ideal for both casual outings and special occasions.
Food at Las Tres Amigas is another highlight. The French Dip and Tacos Al Pastor we tried were exceptional – full of flavor and prepared to perfection. It’s evident that there’s a high standard for both quality and taste.
Service here deserves a special mention. Antonio, our server, was the epitome of hospitality. His friendly and professional demeanor added greatly to our overall experience. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations.
In summary, Las Tres Amigas is a must-visit for anyone in Antigua. Whether you’re a beer enthusiast or just looking for a place with great food and a welcoming atmosphere, this place won't disappoint. It's a true testament to quality and...
Read moreFood: I am vegetarian. There are good number of vegetarian and vegan option on the menu. The horchata is freshly made to order (less or more sweet). The vegetarian tacos, the south west salad were flavorful. The vegetarian burger was perfect. The date, goat cheese and arugula pizza is very delicious. All the food was very flavorful.
Service: Bradley the owner and manager of the place was very friendly and kind. It was New Year’s Eve and due to the rush at the hotel they were not able to deliver food that night. I walked about 10 mins to the restaurant to pick the food as my friend was sick and could not walk. I told Bradley that I was worried to food might get cold by the time I reach the hotel. He took it upon himself to step out and give me a ride back to the hotel on his motorbike. Very grateful for that!
Atmosphere: the hotel looks like a hole in a wall place like every other place in Antigua. But once you walk inside the door you are greeted with large expansive place filled with lively music with a capacity for more than 75 people. Lovely place and...
Read moreTo be honest I don't love leaving reviews like this but as I go through all our food from the trip this stands out from everywhere we went as the most disappointing. The service was great and I place was cool but the food was well below average.

My brother's steak quesadilla was also lacking the main ingredient, steak. Only a few chunks. He said he felt like he was eating a pepper and onion quesadilla.
I do blame ourselves for going to somewhere so Americanized but it was so highly rated we figured we might as well try it.
Service was great too and the strawberry mojito was delicious. My overall thought is, since locals are cooking, they just don't know the flavor profile needed for western style food.
With all the other local establishments id prefer, like everywhere else we ate, trying...
