Our experience started off great—the restaurant it self is very well decorated and I could tell the experience was about to be authentic. We ordered the paneer tikka which unfortunately they did not have so we did chicken tikka instead along with the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. We waited about 45 mins for the chicken tikka to come out and it was brought out with the garlic naan—which was confusing since the gravy dish chicken tikka masala did not arrive.
The chicken tikka was tasty, it was juicy and and well seasoned. While we were eating the chicken tikka, the server came us to us and told us that the chef confused our order and made a mushroom dish instead and asked us if we would be ok with eating the mushroom dish. We were not as I was confused as to why despite the confusion the chef couldn’t make the chicken tikka masala. The server went to go ask the chef if he could make the chicken tikka masala and we waited another 20 minutes. Another woman came and told us the same thing and said they cannot make the chicken tikka masala, so we asked if they can make anything else that’s similar, even paneer tikka masala or kadai chicken and she said she would ask the chef. We waited longer after which my wife and I got frustrated, told them we will pay for the chicken tikka only and leave.
Was really looking forward to this experience but unfortunately due to miscommunications amongst the staff and issues in the kitchen we did not have the experience we...

This was, hands down, the worst dining experience of my life. The owner of this place was visibly intoxicated—yes, drunk—sitting near the washroom, drinking before heading into the kitchen. And yes, he's the one preparing your food. It’s not just unprofessional, it's downright disturbing.
As someone who grew up with real Indian cuisine, what I was served here was not only poorly made, but it felt like an insult to Indian culture and culinary tradition. The flavors were all wrong, the food was greasy and careless, and clearly made by someone not in the right state of mind. I barely managed to eat a few bites, and I genuinely would have preferred to go to bed hungry.
To make things worse, I could hear the owner shouting at his staff in the back. It was chaotic, uncomfortable, and completely ruined what should’ve been a relaxing meal.
I spent a decent amount of money here and deeply regret it. I later looked into the glowing reviews and realized many of them seem suspicious or downright fake. If you're considering going, I urge you to check the reviewer profiles for yourself—many of them look paid or fake.
The only redeeming part of the experience was the server—she was kind and professional despite the mess around her. Unfortunately, her good service couldn’t save this disaster of a restaurant.
Spare yourself. Eat anywhere else. There are other indian restaurants in town which are...
Read moreHave you ever been motivated to write reviews of a place on multiple platforms because it was THAT BAD? We have reached our limit of frustration with such truly horrible service that, with great reluctance, we have gone from trying to support this restaurant to keep Indian in Antigua to feeling obligated to warn people just how disappointing this place has become.
When they first opened the chef was very good (from Delhi and cooked authentic fare) , yet the service was beyond amateurish and unacceptable. It's as if the restauranteur liked the idea of opening a restaurant but had ZERO experience. Prices were always way too high for Indian, but we were glad to indulge so as to support a local Indian restaurant - and in the hopes the front of house could get its act together. Then they seemed to change chefs and the food suffered terribly (BLAND?! how can Indian food be bland?! well, they've managed) …and the service remained laughably bad. Such a shame, as we are Indian food fanatics and would order here 2x per week if they could do even the basics of cooking or serving/delivering right. They cannot, and we have chosen not to patronize them anymore because to be honest, we can’t handle the...
