Vegan Atitlan — Restaurant in Sololá

Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food. Ordered 3 burgers, they only had 2 buns left so one came with pita bread instead. Asked for ketchup for the fries and they said it would cost extra. Ate here when they just opened and loved the food. I eat meat but wanted to try their, by now, famous vegan dishes. The chicken (mushrooms) tasted amazing with the crust and its structure.
