Basic dockside restaurant and bar in coveted West End provides excellent day time and sunset views along with free WiFi and acceptance of credit cards. Ill try not to overuse the term "basic" when describing it. The furnishings are plain but serviceable wood, unimaginatively brown, with brown bar and brown lamps accented by white posts.
