Mixed review- the majority of the local staff bring a delightful and cheerful attitude, creating a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. However, there is one staff member, an older lady with short blonde hair, who comes across quite negative and unfriendly. There’s no sincerity to the façade, she attempts to put forth. The way she interacts with customers and employees has shown to be unprofessional and disrespectful, which has a negative impact on the overall ambiance of the cafe. Nevertheless, when she is not present, the other girls provide excellent customer service and contribute to a lovely environment.

We spent several weeks in the area and noticed that this lady (Likely the manager or owner) emanates negative behavior extends beyond the cafe. While it is possible that she has faced hardships in her life, it is important to recognize that her behavior is not acceptable in a customer-facing role. Consistent negativity.

As a result of our experience, we regretfully have to rate the cafe a one-star, as we only had an enjoyable time when this particular staff member was not present. However, we hope that the management will take necessary actions to ensure that she provides sincere professional and courteous...

We got breakfast sandwiches twice during our stay at West Bay. Yummy. Personalize to your desire. The coffee was delicious too. This trip we didn't get to enjoy the wine, but the selection is excellent. If you are staying at West Bay, don't miss this great place. Staff is awesome. This is a small coffee shop in the west bay mall that offered a manu of snadwiches, breakfast items, drinks and pastries.

The place was comfortable and had wifi and we were able to add so much to our sandwiches, which they offered fish as a protein though. The ice tea was nice but it was the unsweetened version which may not be appreciated by others.
