If you're looking for one of the most consistently recommended dining experiences in West Bay, Roatán, Argentinian Grill is a standout. Located beachfront with a rustic-chic vibe and welcoming ambiance, this open-air steakhouse delivers an authentic and satisfying experience for both meat lovers and casual diners alike.
🔥 Highlights: Exceptional Steaks & Grilled Meats The steaks—especially the ribeye and filet mignon—are the stars of the show: tender, flavorful, and expertly grilled. Their mixed grill platters are perfect for sharing and offer a well-rounded taste of the kitchen's best.
Seafood Done Right Beyond the beef, they serve fresh lobster tails, snapper, and shrimp grilled to smoky perfection and paired with simple but tasty sides.
Unbeatable Beachfront Location Situated right on West Bay Beach, the setting offers a breezy, relaxed dining experience ideal for sunset dinners or barefoot meals after a swim.
Great Portions + Great Service When you combine generous portions with friendly, attentive staff and a romantic view of the sunset, you’ve got yourself a big-time winner.
You must Try The KEYLIME PIE. BEST IN ROATAN.
⚠️ What to Watch For: Bring Bug Spray The flies can be relentless, and unfortunately, the restaurant doesn’t have any fly-repelling devices on site. You’ll want to bring your own spray or fan to protect your food.
Higher Price Point It’s definitely on the pricier side, but the quality of the food and the location make it well worth the splurge.
The Spicy Yellow Sauce will blow out your taste buds. Man I felt the pain so use in moderation.

I asked if it was okay that we ordered drinks (not food) since they were closing soon, he said last call for drinks is later than food so all good. Still had my phone in his hand (my credit cards are attached). He gave us menus and we ordered and then as he was about to walk away I asked for my phone back. But I was cautious after that. Turns out he never rang in our drinks (though we did get them) and someone came later and asked what we ordered because he left for the night without notating what we owed. It was weird. He was wearing their staff shirt, he worked there.
I’m not here to make assumptions but take from that what you will. They were also the only restaurant on the island to make a point to say you can’t tip when paying with a card. We were going to tip in cash anyway, we always do, but no one else on the island solicited one. The drinks were fine but $2 more than anywhere else on west bay. I will...
