Ordered takeaway which the restaurant accepted even though they did not have half the selected dishes. I was there on time but had to wait longer, and received a partial order, some replacement that I did not know or like, and was promised a 16% refund, which I only got after reaching out to Wolt’s support.
The food itself was OK, but the experience was a waste of my time.
To the restaurant: I really want to like your restaurant, but if you do not understand the problem, I think you should rethink your business. A restaurant business is at least as much about the customer experience as about the food. However, in this case, you did not even have the food. My suggestion: if you do not have the dishes, just do everyone a favor and close Wolt, or reject the order to begin with so the customer can go somewhere else. You cannot really satisfy a customer who only after showing up finds out that you do not have the food they ordered and you confirmed. In this case, for me, a total...

They are sort of a 2-in-1 place: the basic staples like lentil soup, sandwiches and platters are affordable (chicken platter 2200) and still steps above your usual 9pm takeaway dinner's standards. Everything is cooked to order on a grill with their special spices, in a decent portion and very tasty. The mezzes and other mains (shish kabob, kofte, plus a bunch of dishes that are probably unique to Lebanon) are priced more like a family restaurant - which they are. The tabbouleh (1800) was fantastic, bursting with flavor and NOT the poor excuse of a pile of bulgur with a sprinkling of parsley you get elsewhere. Recommended,...
Read moreAlways interested in discovering lebanese resturants and decided to give a try to this one, mentioned to me by turkish friends who said it was good and cheap. More of a take away food spot than a restaurant. There was nothing appealing in the display fridge. No variety of lebanese mezzes.. I ordered hummus and 1 baklava , to give a try. The hummus was lacking seasoning and the baklava too sugary , no crisp, and lacking filling. No lebanese chef behind obviously. Maybe better try the grilled meats , if any...
