Irina Bistro — Restaurant in Budapest

Very slow service, overcharged and poor quality food.

We had some coffee, a beer and some food here.

The service time was very slow even though not many people were in the place.

The soup was bland with no taste. I was also charged for a large beer when I ordered a small beer.

They took off the price difference between large and small beer from the bill (they had calculated service based on higher price)

I mentioned the soup and service at the till, nothing was done about the soup or the service. It also took a long time to get the bill.

This meant I paid full price for soup that was not good and overpaid for the service, which was not great.

Az előző hozzászóló vagyok és ezúttal az 1 db csillag a lekezelő stílust és alázat teljes hiányát reprezentálja.

Köszönöm a szíves felvilágosítást, hogy ki van írva az ára. Nyilván nem az összegen vagyok megütközve, miután előre fizettem, hanem a mennyiségen. Minőségbe itt most ne is menjünk bele, mert azt gondolom, az egy teljesen szubjektív ismérv és a történtek fényében még ott is ki lennék oktatva, hogy rosszul értelmezem az ízeket, vagy a nyelvem van tévesen beirdalva.

Igen, valóban volt még egy muffin a rendelés mellé – aminek itt most semmi köze semmihez –, viszont annak majdnem muffin íze és mérete volt. Sejtem ugyan miért van kifogásként felhozva. Segítek: nem ment a helyzeten 😃. Zárásként pedig megjegyezném, hogy a tegnapi napon (2021.10.16, 18.12-kor) foodpandán biztosan nem voltak képek feltöltve, ugyanis ki kellett gugliznom, hogy mi a ‘sponge cake-roll’ magyar megfelelője, emellett panaszt tettem a foodpandánál is. Szóval ha másra akarja terhelni a felelősséget, legalább végezze “lelkiismeretesen”.

Úgy látom nem rég nyitott a hely, de ezzel a hozzáállással nem sok jót tudok prognosztizálni. De hé, mit tudok én, hisz én csak egy átb*szott vásárló vagyok, nem igaz? 😉
