Not sure what is the big hype about this Coffee chain, I had the worst 2 consecutive experiences there, first time, first time I went there around 6:30, and instead of being greeted by the staff, they tell me: we are closing down soon, so we can’t server you,! Ended up ordering coffee to go, during my order and despite my note that I need lactose free milk, the barrister went and poured normal milk, because she didn’t feel like opening a new bottle ! 2nd visit that took place yesterday in Etele Plaza, beside the slow service and being unable to answer any of my questions regarding lactose free cake availabilities, I got shocked with the bill, where I was charged extra € for the Lactose free milk and the take away cup ! The two young ladies worked as fast as they could. They just need maybe one more helper there. Waiting for ordering and waiting for the drinks too. I overheard other tables that they jokingly said that they should pop in to help them. (Once again, they been super fast, polite and peak efficient, just not enough in numbers.)
