Cloē Café Budapest — Restaurant in Budapest

Living close to the place, planned to meet there my long time no see friend from overseas. The pace was closed Tuesday morning at 9 am so based on the opening hours on the door we waited at my place for the opening, going back was still closed, and a man (owner or owners family) very rude, while he was on phone told us it is not open mo-tue-wed. We advised they should change opening hours on the entrance too, the response: well check it on Facebook and Instagram. My bad! what if a customer has no social media. With this attitude towards a customer, who discovered the place by walking by (aka no marketing costs spent on us), they reached that we wont go there, although is 100 meters from my place. Is okay to miss updating the schedule on the door. But is not okay to be an as"hole, when a customer makes a note about it. Nice place from outside, shame...

Tényleg nagyon szép hely és a virágok is gyönyörűek De ha mennék még egyáltalán akkor csak a virág miatt Kétszer volt szerencsém bent fogyasztani is valamit, ami nem volt rossz de jó se Virágért sokszor voltam ott de egyszer nem éreztem a személyzetet kedvesnek, pedig én mindig kedvesen álltam hozzájuk a rossz tapasztalatok ellenére is Többször is mielőtt mentem volna próbáltam például telefonon elérni őket (ki is van írva több social media platform-ra hogy ott nyugodtan hívjuk őket) Egyszer sem tudtam őket elérni mert soha nem vették fel a telefont bár nem is hívtak vissza Legutóbb amikor mentem 10:45-kor (10:00-ás nyitás van elméletileg) rács félig leengedve és egy darab eladó nem volt az üzletbe Időre mentem és a virág is időre kellett De sajnos két csillag a szervezetlenség és a customer service miatt Fontos az insta promó de élőben is lehetne képviselni azt a segítőkészséget amiről annyi...

Beautiful interior, really unique design and lovely cakes (especially their carrot cake). However, we could not finish our coffees as they were so bad... Service is average. I would say this cafe focuses only on making all the details look pretty and trendy without providing a great...
