We had an incredible evening at the Hot Stone Steakhouse in Budapest! The concept of the restaurant is truly unique – you’re given a large lava stone to cook your own steak exactly how you like it. We absolutely loved this idea! It made the experience so much more personal and enjoyable.

The quality of the meat and ingredients was outstanding, and having the freedom to prepare everything to our own taste was simply genius. On top of that, the service was exceptional – our waiter Szabi was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Regarding the service fee that some people have mentioned in reviews: we cannot understand these complaints. The service fee is clearly stated on the restaurant’s menu and is not hidden or hard to find. There are multiple clear notices about it, and even as foreigners, we had no confusion about the costs.

As for the pricing overall, it was more than fair given the quality of the food and the experience. This is not the place to expect fast or cheap dining – it’s a premium experience that’s worth every penny.
