Maharaja City — Restaurant in Budapest

It is simple. We came in and no one greeted us, sat down and no one came for ten minutes or anything, we served each other the menu by our selves. Our plan was to have dumplings lentil soup, so we ordered and the soup arrived in 20 mins and was tasteless, when we asked for a lemon the waiter said that they dont eat it with lemon (which is odd because i eat my lentils how i want to eat it). Anyways we ordered chicken dumplings that arrived after 50 mins( we were the only customers in the restaurant) . Anyways chicken dumplings came and when i opened them they were raw when we complained the waiter told us they are Busy with outside orders and that is why it came out raw and proceeded to give us the bill( no sorry ill remove it from the bill, no apologies , it was other peoples fault. Anyways we paid they did not give us the change back. By that time we just wanted to get the heck out of there. ( never go there they are very unorganized and service is way below standards- they should be reported to the ministry of health for selling food that is half cooked...

We stumbled upon this restaurant as we were craving nepali cuisine. Despite seeing "nepali" on board, the experience fell short of expectations. The interior was dull, accompanied by an unpleasant odor. While the staff was friendly, their service was quite lacking. Our orders were delayed, and even a simple beer request was forgotten, despite us being the sole customers. However, the real dissapointment came with the food. The momos were an insult to the Nepali cuisine. The presentation was subpar, even the biryani failed to impress. It pains us to say that we wasted our meal, something we have never done before. I URGE THE OWNERS TO reconsider branding themselves as NEPALI, as this food does not do justice to the rich culinary heritage of Nepal. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and I hope fellow Nepali food enthusiasts steer clear to save both their money and...

Do NOT go to this restaurant! The girl who served us was lazy Very lazy, she literally didn't want us to order a starter, then served me a "fresh lemonade" which wasn't one for sure!!!! There was lipstick on the glass, she did not apologise for that!!! The food was awful, I won't call this an Indian restaurant. I think they don't have a clue how to make Indian food, I had a tikka massala paneer that was basically paneer in tomato sauce, the naan BREAD IS a CHAPATI in this place . These people clearly never ever had Indian food they have never ever been to India.
