I've been here three times hoping that something will change about the service as I like the food there and the selection of beers, plus spacious beautiful interior is also something that attracts. First time my order was forgotten, then after half an hour after apologies I was told that this option is no more available, then the second pizza I chose was also not available...so my very first time was pretty bad. The second time it was surprisingly smooth, just not very friendly waiter. Ok, I can understand a bad day. And yesterday it was again pretty bad. First my friend got the salad but no cutleries for it for 10-15 minutes maybe. It took more than an hour to get my pizza. It was tasty, but when you are starving and hoping to eat in less than half an hour, it feels like forever. I also had to ask for the cutlery when it was finally on my table. But the worst was situation with the beer. They definitely forgot to bring the beer to my friend for more than half an hour. When we finally caught one waiter and explained that the beer was ordered and not brought several times, he brought the beer, but in few minutes the first waiter brought the same beer too. So we explained that we just asked to bring initial order. Then they tried to give us same beer again after a while even though we didn't order it more than once and from the very start. Then they added both beers in the bill of my friend and we had to wait till they figure it out between them what happened. So....when you take 12% to the bill for the service you probably have to provide at least some basic decent service like bringing food and drinks in time. What's the point of the cards system if you are ready to charge for the stuff you put in it, but not ready to check if the order was or wasn't given...
Read moreUnlucky 2 nights ago I have been to this restaurant with 4 more friends (5 in total). We arrived around 9 and we ordered 2 pizzas, 2 schnitzels and a burger. My main complaining regards the pizzas because the other orders arrived after around 20/25 minutes while my friend and I have been waiting the beauty of 90 minutes for 2 pizzas, so unreasonable. When we noticed the waiter that we didn't receive the pizzas he was surprised and told us, after a quick check to the internal system, that the pizza maker didn't receive the order for s technical problem (I have been working in food service and I know it can happen). After 30 more minutes still no pizzas and the same waiter told us that the pizza maker had turned off the oven. At the end we received 2 pizzas (supposed to be 32 cm). Mine which was a capricciosa was missing part of the crust that 100% has been cut off because burnt, my friend's pizza (margherita) was around 22 cm. But the worst of everything has been the manager. Once at the cash I have paid full price (once again unreasonable considering the 90 minutes wait) and when I pointed out to the manager the situation and my deep disappointment his reaction was, which a face that needed to be slapped, a meaningless thank you.
You don't treat customers like this. Problems can occur, errore can be made but AT LEAST, a sorry was more than necessary.
P.S for 5 minutes the alarm has been sounding deafening and many tables, including ours, have been forced to stay out for the time needed to fix (5 minutes, again unreasonable amount of time to shut the alarm system).

I arrived on Wednesday evening, a couple of minutes before 7pm. The place was half empty, so there were plenty of places. We sat down at a table located next to the corridor between the bar and the kitchen. Despite this, no one took out order, and after 15 minutes with obvious impatience, we started looking around in the hope of catching eye contact with a server and wave to them. We did it once, the server didn't come towards us. We did it a second time when she was much closer; she looked at us, seemingly understanding our intention, but didn't say anything, didn't stop, just continued walking towards the kitchen. A third time, another waiter was walking by, and the exact same scenario occurred. At our fourth trial, at 7.20pm, we could eventually get our beer.
As I said, I used to love this place and we've been visiting it a lot. I would even accept the default 12% service fee. But this is not an attitude I can accept from a place with such a price range.
