Had an eggplant pizza with tomato base, which was overall pretty solid and certainly much better than the average pizza that I get in the United States. Great to come to if you’re in the area. I didn’t try the pasta. Only reason I’m giving a four is that their bathroom sink has the cold and hot water directions inverted (right side is hot while the left direction is cold) and I burned my hands upon washing. I hope they can change the sink as I’m sure I’m not the first person to have gotten burned by the inverted...

I came for lunch right after they opened for business, so I can’t really comment on the speed of service as I was the only customer, and the service was, of course, super fast for me. The staff were also very nice.

I ordered the Quattro Formaggi pizza, and if I were judging only by its appearance, it would have been the most delicious pizza I’ve ever seen. Thankfully, the taste was just as appealing. The pizza was great—proper Neapolitan style, I would say.
