The family that runs this restaurant are very very nice people. I didn’t intend on eating here at first, I had walked 20 minutes from my apartment to a Japanese okonomiyaki restaurant only to find a “we ran out of ingredients” sign upon my arrival. I walked away sad, and on the look for another Asian meal. I found the name “Rice Time” quite comical and intriguing so I decided to give it a try. It was a quick meal before going to meet friends for drinks but I am happy I stopped in. It was one of the more authentic kung pao chicken I’ve had in Hungary so far, both in terms of the sauce flavouring and the spice level. I was sweating with every bite 😅. The staff there really is refreshingly kind and I am happy to give a small family run restaurant my business. I hope more people can discover this little hole in the wall and next time I’ll try some other stuff...
