Wow! You would have thought they’d never seen a 2-year-old who touches - literally - everything. I was trailed room to room by staff cleaning up after my twin two-year-olds who touched the toys that were meant to be touched. I have never felt more unwelcome in a children setting as a parent. Unbelievable. Maybe if you have older kids, it’ll be easier, but it’s not toddler friendly in the sense that there’s a lot of rules and God forbid you take one toy a meter outside of its designated location. It felt like they couldn’t wait for us to leave so they could clean the toys behind us. How bizarre.

Facebookos eseményként találtam rá a Mikuláspartis karácsonyi rendezvényükre, elővételben lehetett rá jegyeket venni. Nagyit is elvittük, mert kísérő csak gyerek mellé mehet s így a mi egyik manónk mellé “befért” 🙂, “nagycsalád” vagyunk 🙂. Sok animátor volt, minden szobához 1 vagy 2 ember. Kedvesek voltak. Mindenki fantasztikusan érezte magát, a gyerekek kipróbáltak mindent. Kedvencük az Aldi volt, vásárolni, kasszázni.., a bankban pénzt kiadni, tüzet oltani, homokzsákot pakolni imádtak… A felnőttek is bármit kipróbálhattak. Készítettem a két lányommal adventi koszorút, amit elhozhattunk, a gyerekek mézeskalácsot is díszítettek. A büfében a melegszendvics volt a legfinomabb, a pizza “érdekes” volt. A karácsonyi műsor tetszett a gyerekeknek, a Mikulás mindenkinek osztott csomagot.

Great place and wonderful idea for little kids. It is a great place where you can spend good 2 or 3 hours. It is a mini town with a shop, bank, cafe, hospital, etc. and kids can play different roles there as a chef or hairdresser. It is a wonderful idea. The only minus is that the food they sell there is rubbish, some snacks, no proper hot food. But they have space to eat your own lunch. It's good. Recommend it very much

We read the good reviews and decided to visit. However, upon entering, we were served by a very rude lady who didn’t speak English and just pointed to a price list… where the daily entrance fee was higher than the one shown on their website. When I tried to communicate in English, a man intervened and explained that today was a public holiday in Hungary. I told him that it’s October 28th and that no national holiday appears online. He then said it was a school holiday. I checked again and couldn’t find any information about that. I believe it would be more honest to post online the dates they consider holidays that justify higher prices. Additionally, they wanted to charge me 2,000 forints to use a storage locker, and they gave one slot per child — if we needed more, we would have to buy extra ones, on top of the entrance fee. I do not recommend this place to tourists, as there is clear overcharging and rude behavior.

Answer to the owner: The guy was indeed kind, incredibly rude is the oldest woman that is behind the desk. How do you expect a tourist know the Hungarian school holidays? Just mention them with an asterisk in your site, it is not difficult. When the woman requested the 2000 deposit for the locker did not mention that is refundable, you know I mean...

The whole experience was ruined by some manager that came to me with the claim that my 3 years old daughter broke some lock on a suitcase which even grown men could not break easily. I tried to explain that it was probably broken beforehand and my daughter just put some toys inside for a play, I apologised as well. The lady keep blaming me that I should have watched my kid better because that is what I was supposed to do there. (Why do they have a worker on each station gods knows?!) Then she brought an internal piece of that toy suitcase that was bent and told me that I needed to pay. When I realized it was a hustle and confronted her, she told me that I am hustling and she will call security to escort us out. We just left at that point. It's a shame that workers are slacking on their job and try to hustle to cover the ''damage'' but to blame a three year old at something she couldn't possibly do that is...

Extremely disappointing Cusomer Service Team!!!!

We suppose to have a family gathering at MiniPolisz today. We live abroad and suppose to meet up with all the little ones there. Therefor we planned this visit way ahead, altought the place do not accept any reservation ahead (very inconviniente). When I checked the MiniPolisz location this morning, I noticed the reduced opening hours. When I phoned their Call Center a middle-age female worker picked up the phone who was extremely rude. She informed me, there is private event today, therefor the hours changed. When I asked her where could I find info of the vary hours, she lectured me and spoke to me in an unacceptable manner. I am shocked as it was a Call Center, plus this place suppose to be Child Friendly with some expected kindness.

Based on this disturbing experience I will not recommend this...
