Pizzéria Da Giovanni — Restaurant in Budapest

Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery to our hotel via Wolt. Shortly after placing the order the restaurant reached out that the Parmesan cheese was not available and was willing to substitute whatever (a GREAT start!). 2 hours later no delivery and no contact from the restaurant. I finally called and the young lady knew who I was and why I was calling. She assured me my food would be hot and fresh. It was clearly not. Pizza was a cold mess and one was not even sliced. After ordering and waiting for 2 hours I was told that the delivery guy has already delivered my order. It was probably taken by a neighbour they suppose. Great pizza, as always....BUT service staff or even more importantly, the guys making pizza in the kitchen were NOT wearing masks, at all. One wore his on his chin, but that doesn't count! There's a sign on the door saying you must wear a mask. Why doesn't that apply to the staff also?!?!? In these times of COVID, food service establishments should be wearing...
