Starbucks Egyetem tér — Restaurant in Budapest

Last night we tried a new place that we had never been to before, and we discovered this place. When we first arrived, the first impression was that it was quite pleasant because it was far from the crowds, the place was quite comfortable, and suitable for relaxing. However, it is not comparable to the service, we did not get a table there, and when our food and drinks are made we're still looking for a table. I see a table filled with staff who were busy chatting,I dont know whether it was allowed or not but were indifferent to those of us who were confused looking for a table. And long story short, we saw it on Google & the writing on the door was closed at 19.00 but at 17.50 we were reminded that in 10 minutes the shop would close. Hahah that's so funny, I just found out that the Starbucks system here really doesn't make visitors comfortable. Please improve...

we were on vacation in Budapest for a week and every morning we went to this store. every morning we found nice and friendly staff, especially Gergö, this morning, as always, we went to the shop and unfortunately encountered haughty and obnoxious staff (to the desk) who did not even ask me if I wanted heated croissants and whether the cappuccinos were to take away or to be consumed on the spot. if you don't feel like working on Saturdays, stay under the covers and let guys who do feel...

I like getting my coffee/latte at this Starbucks store. They refurbished the place a couple of months ago, enhancing the cozy atmosphere. The store is clean, well kept, and I love that it's a smaller place so usually it's not too crowded when I'm visiting. I'd like to specifically mention the friendly and motivated staff who always make me feel welcome and oftentimes already know what I'm about to order. Keep up the great attitude!...
