This location doesnât deserve any star ! Very rude staff ! I ordered a drink and the barista was a rude guy who charged me more than usual , when I asked him has the price of this drink changed since morning ?! ( because i had the same drink on the morning at a different location ) he replied yes and called another girl who was working there and she said yes our prices are different at different locations of budapest ! I told her that I have lived here for 5 years plus that I have grown up going to Starbucks at different places in the world , it is impossible to have a different price within a same city but the girl and the guy at the cash made a very rude argument with me and charged me extra because of the location , based on what they said. Extremely rude and cheap , I do not recommend this location to anyone âŠyou need to train your staff , they would fit more to work at a butcher shop or a farm probably than a coffee chain with rules...

A place like this, full with tourists should have a better service and be clean. Some people didn't learn nothing at...

Critics claimed this was an unfair attempt to drive out small, independent competitors, who could not afford to pay inflated prices for premium...
