Mediterraneo Étterem — Restaurant in Esztergomi járás

At first time I was there with my boss from Poland. Because it was a business lunch I remember only to the lamb what was excellent.||At next time I was there together with my girlfriend in 06.2016.||- the outfit of the restaurant is excellent: you cannot really recognize what kind of restaurant is that but when you step in you can see it is a good way of representing mediterran cuisine in Hungary||- the welcome of the team is professional||- the team is focusing on guest's needs and they can react for everything very quick||- the soup what I was eating was a vegetable soup but with excellent quality vegetables included into a good recipe||- the next step was a pork tenderloin....like a butter but from pork.....with excellent spices and crunchy wedges fries||- the other plate was a gyros plate with some Hungarian ingredients. I never know the gyros is a juicy not a dry meal. All of the plate was excellent the salad also even I am not a fan of salads||- we didn't order a desert because the plates closed the action on an excellent way||I recommend it for everyone who is driving close to there and worth it to drive to there...

This restaurant has been a favourite of mine for approx 8 years, so when I visited recently it was sad to see it had become a victim of its own success. They have set as many place settings as possible to meet the demand and frankly the kitchen could not keep up.. We had to wait a very long time before our food came. My meat was cold, which would suggest that they had plated it and then had to wait for other elements to be ready. I ordered bolognese for my 5 year old son and it came 15 minutes after the rest of our meals. His bolognese looked anaemic as if they had forgotten to add the tomato. The staff are very impressive, staying helpful even though they looked exhausted. Prices are good. But truthfully, I'll not...

Hááát igen... olvastam néhány kommentet , na de az étterem neve nem tükrözi a helyet...? Ti vakok vagytok ez nem az étlap hanem az építészeti jellegre utal, vagy ha már itt tartunk akkor menjetek az Édes Anna cukrászdába ott mekkora csalódás fog érni...:) Lelki szemeim előtt látom, hogy milyen csalódottan várják édes Annát az asztalra És NEM JÖN! És majd kommentbe megírják nem is volt ott Anna .de még fel sem szolgált, és nem is volt olyan édes :) :) Á .... Inkább írok az étteremről. Az étteremnél az ár és a minőség összefüggésében kell midig vizsgálni, ez az én személyes véleményem. Persze a sarki bűfében is lehet jól összerakott szendvicset enni 800ft ért vagy csak 1 jó rántott husisat, aminél a panír az olaj a sütés hője stb számít. Van az a gurmé vacsora ahol kis adagok vannak nagyon drágán, de néha arra is azt mondom nem érte meg , vagy épp megérte még a dupláját is, de oda pont azért megyek , hogy kipróbáljam. Egy városi étterem ahol ennyi asztal van a szakavatott szem, és az étlap alapján rögtön tudja , vagy legalább sejti hová került mit is várjon. Ezen felül is nyugodtan értékelheti a helyet. A véleményem pozitív, igenis a minőség és az ár itt jó viszonyban van. Az ételek ötletesek, nincs nagy kínálat , de az azért van mert próbálnak idényben gondolkodni ami nagyon jó, a változó étlap, és a fix dolgok amik nem változnak, hagynak mindenkinek teret a választáshoz. Mindenképp pozitívan értékelem a helyet ugyanis nem egyszer hanem legalább 10x voltam ott és tapasztaltam, és eddig sosem csalódtam. Én ha nem akarok kockáztatni szívesen viszem oda vendégeimet, ügyfeleimet, rokonakat, ha pedig nagyon gurmé az illető akkor persze van a közelben michelin csillagos szakács ahova lehet menni.
