The atmosphere is wonderful, the sevice is kind, everyone seems to speak English, the decorations and amenities seem wonderful and the food is good ableit nothing to write home about.

We had Goulash which seemed like a little pot with a small amount of soup, it turned out to be a really tasty, meat, carrot and potato rich goulash of excellent taste - I highly recommend it.

The ribs were a bit too fat, too sweet and somewhat dull. Edible in every sense but I would personally not order it again.

I had prosciutto pizza which was ok, thin crust, thick outer rim but literally nothing exciting about it. It's not the ingredients as you can tell they are not saving on the ingredients, it just needs a bit of a kick that's missing.

Hugo was excellent. If anything, you can rarely find a place with real elderflower syrup and a fair amount of prosseco, mint and lime. This drink was excellently put together, not too sweet, not too sour.

Definitely visit as you will surely have a great time, but take your time in picking your food options as you want to make sure you get them right. This place is between 4 and 5 stars but the staff, kindness and ambience deserve and outweigh the good but otherwise unexciting...

I ordered a Nana Summer Bowl. It was supposed to be with quinoa, but it was hard to even find the little pieces of quinoa. The lettuce was not even really cut into smaller pieces. There was no dressing on the salad. Overall, it was highly overpriced. The fries were not crispy. When we were trying to pay (split the bill) the waiter chose the wrong dish for me. We had the bowl twice, but one time with meat. I was standing next to him looking at the screen displaying the food of the whole table and tried to explain to him that I had the salad without meat, the cheaper one, but he wouldn’t listen. He just kept telling me “don’t worry I won’t make you pay for food you didn’t order” in a very condescending way. My friend also tried to explain to him that we had the salad twice and it was actually her who ordered the version with meat, but it took us about five minutes to convince him that he was wrong and it wasn’t us who were stupid....

Staff are extremely rude.

We waited for a long time for them to show us where to seat, and then waited more time for them to get us menus and then waited even more time for us to be able to order our food. During the extremely long waiting time, I said to one of the waitress "Excuse me can we order now?" and she yelled at me "ONE MOMENT WE ARE FULL HOUSE" however, it was not full house. the second floor was empty. Moreover, she attended Hungarians very quickly. But she took forever to attend to us. I believe that she did not like foreigners. She was smiling to Hungarian customers, however, whenever she talked to us, she put on an impatient face.
