Excellent..we went to the vizag bbq nation today.. long time due visit ..the staff is highly professional and courteous.. rite from the point u step in, u are attended by someone ....constantly understanding our requirements from variety to tastes.....they went on to serve children friendly food (not on their menu)...we being a veggie family, we had always thought that this isnt a place for us. The apprehension was completely washed away with our visit. They have a equally good veg menu. Unlike normal restaurants, they have extensive range of food. we went for a veg buffet...priced 724 + taxes on a weekday dinner per head. Believe me.. the cost is worth it. started with soup...panipuri.. the bbq starters .. it was fun and d usp of the place.. the barbeques had a lot of variety. Panners, kebabs, cutlets, roasted fruits, corn, potatoes, veggies with green chutney.. completely njyed . Frankly this would suffice any ordinary appetite. But these were just the starters. They have a variety of salads . Then dey had 3 veg, paneer...etc sabjis and rotis/ naans. Noodles with hot sausage-yummy ....very good veg dum biryani n raita..... plain rice and sambar with papad, friyumms ..awesome taste.... and curd rice was a killer.. loved it.. this is a surprise.. completely customised desi cuisine. Fresh fruits (2 variety) were kept. Cakes (2) and brownie. along a variety of sweets(4)...ice creams(2).... special was kulfi varities(6)..... pan kulfi was unique.. all this for 750 bucks.

They even serve u with a complementary cake to celebrate any special occasion. They sing and move wishing you on d occasion. Go for it.. its worth every penny. We very a family of 7 ppl. Every item on the menu was good And every one rite from elders to the infant enjoyed the food, ambience and hospitality. Thank you bbq nation. We will be there again. The staff denying tips amused us.

I don’t usually write reviews, but our recent visit to BBQ Nation was such a huge disappointment that I feel others should be warned.

We went in expecting a fun and satisfying buffet experience, but what we got was far from it. The starters, which are supposed to be the highlight of BBQ Nation, were absolutely terrible. The grilled items were either undercooked or completely overdone. The chicken was dry and chewy, the prawns were rubbery, and the paneer tikka tasted stale. Everything lacked flavor – no spices, no marination, nothing fresh. It was as if the food had been sitting out for hours and just reheated to be served.

The quality of the food was so bad, we didn’t even feel like going for the main course. Yes, it was that disappointing. We just sat there, hoping the next skewer might redeem the experience, but it kept getting worse. Even the sauces and dips, which usually help elevate the food, were watery and tasteless.

On top of that, the service was slow and uninterested. Plates were piling up, no one checked on us, and we had to ask for basic things multiple times. The staff looked like they were just waiting for their shift to end.

We decided to skip the main course entirely and walked out after barely touching the starters. Honestly, the only thing good was the cold water – and that too took ages to arrive.

For the price they charge, this experience was a complete waste of time and money. BBQ Nation seriously needs to rethink its quality and service. This used to be a trusted brand for great buffet dining, but after this visit, I won’t be coming back and would not recommend it to anyone.

Save yourself the regret –...

Service by the staff and their behaviour Is very much corteous and Warm.They are more concerned about our satisfaction and happiness...They are ready to change the dishes spice levels and modify it according to our taste.And starters are great, Fizz drinks i ordered mojjito and that was very much on spot and refreshing.but problem is with main course and desserts....There are 1000's of tasty desserts for indians but unfortunately all the deserts they keep are not at all tasty except for Ice cream, Bread desert and angur gulab jamun.Pan khulfi is average.And the Pizza and chats are not even served as no one is there near counter evryone used to go near the stall and return back.One more problem is at first they serve starters very quickly and later they say unlimited but they dont serve quickly the things we asked for...They keep us waiting for long time for wat we order and the complimentary veg starters they provide in the beginning though we are not interested they convince us to taste that completely fills our tummy.... It's little on side of pricy for frequent visits that doesn't satisfy pur expectations as half of the items are not that tasty except for grilled ones.....Biryani is most tasteless here compared with that even local restaurants can make it in very yummy way.. Conclusion:- I m very much convinced with their courtesy their importance towards customer satisfaction and their feedback requests and courtesy ....but not worth the money...
