The bubble waffles are a treat here. I loved the quantity as well as taste. There was a lot of variety to try and it was mouth watering there only. I tried the kit kat one which had nuttela in it as well. The staff gave me an option for choosing between chocolate or vanilla base for the ice cream and that was a plus point. The ambience was decent but won't say much praise for it as the seats were not comfortable and just two tables by the wall. So hardly much room for people. But most of the waffles shop are kinda like that so wont consider it much. The only problem for me were the normal waffles. First i feel they should be given on plates for easier consumption and the second was they had nothing much on them for 150. They were just waffles with some chocolate sauce.. No ice cream as well. So if you are not having bubble waffles, don't expect much, and yes they were kind of expensive as well. But the taste for both of them...

I was here during the waffle day sale and oh boy the crowd!! First of all, hats off to the workers here! They managed the crowd wonderfully 👌 We stood in line at 9:30 pm and by the time we got to the door it was 11 pm. And they shut the door saying it's closed. People had waited in line for more than hour and just barged open the door and got in. After that it was a chaos!! It was nothing less than a Taylor Swift concert in there. Everyone just fighting for the order and yelling 'bhaiyya mera order lo'. Nevertheless the workers never showed their frustration and were always laughing and cheering the crowd up!!

The employees continued making waffles and taking orders well past their closing time. They truly deserve a raise for working on this day alone. 🙌. Hope they're offered some time off tomorrow to have a well...

Pathetic. Earlier this place used to be nice but i have been visiting very often since past few weeks and the quality has degraded. They forget to fan out waffles before adding chocolate making then extremely soggy even in a minute which feels like eating a lump of flour. They have no decency for apologising or correcting their mistake. Constant issues with AC and ambience is visible as added in pictures below.

Customisation is not possible because they either forget to add the requested customisations or they use the wrong flavour while making the waffles.

Neither do they refund, not give a new waffle. Worst they dont apologise. I ignored this issue 3 times since i love waffles and this used to be my go-to place once but based on recent experiences, i can confirm its pathetic.

Try other outlets for a better experience or else you will go home disappointed...
