I went there this Friday and ordered Mini Rice bowl crispy mushroom. The person preparing the portion just gave little rice which was much less than the portion I have received in the past. When enquiring he threw an attitude stating that he gives only 100gms. Later when requesting for some additional corn, again the same attitude comes in and he threw 2 additional corn kernels... Even the folks around me could easily identify that the quantity was much less than what was served in the past. If I am paying for the food I would expect that I get proper quantity without an attitude and arrogance. Poor experience Pls teach your employees to be well mannered. Ordered from Swiggy. They sent chicken bowl instead of the paneer i ordered. In my order history and on the label they stick over the box it clearly says paneer. Such blatant mismanagement and carelessness. Swiggy refunded my money but that's the BARE MINIMUM. I wasted an hour waiting for this food. What about that? Got zero assistance from Swiggy and from the restaurant. The coupon i applied on this order also got wasted. Never ordering from this outlet again.

PS: Don't ask your customers to send emails to "get further assistance". It is your job as a restaurant to be proactive and approach the customer with relief action, when you know an incident has been reported via Swiggy. That's how you maintain a customer base. Ill mannered staff at the billing counter today. Not ready to listen when I said the portions were less and not all ingredients were added to the salad bowl. He just said "you can buy or not buy its your choice". This guy kept looking at his phone while a new guy was preparing the bowl. He wasnt helping the new guy nor willing tonlisten to any feedback.
